Last Monday Neinver Polska announced Starbucks, an American chain of coffees, as a new tenant of Galeria Katowicka – part of multifunctional complex being built at Szewczyka Sq. Now, the company reveals following brands which joined a list of tenants.
Another coffee brand which decided to open a store in the shopping mall is Tchibo. It will offer coffee and home accessories. Additionally, the list of new tenants includes TUI, an international leisure travel agency and 4F – sportswear and camping equipment brand. Customers of Galeria Katowicka will be able to taste submarine sandwiches and salads in Subway, an American chain having more than 35 thousand restaurants in 98 countries. The shopping complex of Neinver was chosen as well by Hubiz and 1 Minute, stores offering press, books, food, drinks, grocery and specialized in fast retail services. The list of new brands includes also Relay and Kolporter, press salons.
Previously the commercial spaces were leased, among others, by Multikino, RTV Euro AGD (these are the two biggest tenants occupying respectively 3 600 and 2 245 sq. meters), Stokrotka, Bijou Brigitte, Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Ecco, Zara, Solar, Kappahl, Pull and Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Massimo Dutti.
Galeria Katowicka will host 250 stores and retail points covering an area of 53 000 sq. meters. It is scheduled to deliver the mall in spring 2013.
