Prime Properties, a subsidiary of Centrum Development and Investments (CDI), signed new lease agreements in Supersam, a shopping and entertainment center to be located on Piotra Skargi St. The contracted spaces cover approximately 1 600 sq. meters.
Among new largest stores will be Smyk (500 sq. m) – a specialist children’s store, Empik (430 sq. m) – a multimedia store, Camaïeu (200 sq. m) – a women’s clothing brand, and Swiss (24 sq. m) – a watch boutique.
A gastronomy offer will be improved by the Madagaskar cafe (121 sq. m), Lodomania (90 sq. m) – an ice-cream parlour, and Bon Apetito (83 sq. m) – a takeaway restaurant.
The ground floor will be occupied by InMedio (30 sq. m) – a press store, and Twoje Soczewki (28 sq. m) – an optical salon. A laundry of Biała Róża will open its 54 sq. meters unit on the “-1” level of the shopping mall.
Previously, retail spaces of Supersam were leased by Multikino, a multiplex chain, and Coffee Heaven.
CDI is the owner of Supersam. It will be a modern shopping mall offering approximately 20 000 sq. meters of retail space for lease. An opening is planned for 2013. A total space of the mall will cover about 46 000 sq. meters including a three storey car park for 400 vehicles.
