A new office building will be erected close to „Porcelana Śląska”. The facility will be part of the Porcelanowa 19 office complex. An investor has already been given a valid building permit.
The complex consists of two buildings which were modernized a few years ago. The scheme offers 3 275 sq. meters of usable area. The two-storey new facility will be built nearby. It will offer 1 100 sq. meters of space. The building will use heat pumps and automated management system.
The facility will be located in the place of a small uphill bank. The terrain shape will enable to design there parking places to be accessible from the ground level. An architectural studio called Koziarski Pracownia Projektowa from Katowice prepared the project. Start of construction works is expected this year. The facility will be situated at 19 Porcelanowa St.
Webolit Nieruchomości is responsible for the scheme. The company has previously invested in the two buildings of Porcelanowa 19 and Redenberg Office Park in Chorzów.
