Activ Investment secured a new lease agreement in its 4 Towers housing project. A fitness club will be located in the commercial part of the property.
Kraków-based Platinium Fitness will occupy 1 979 sq. meters in the building C of the housing scheme. The chain was established in 2008 and now owns 13 clubs in Kraków, Skawina, Radom and Zamość.
4 Towers are being built along Chorzowska St., opposite the Silesian Park. The development will comprise four 17-storey residential buildings with a shared three-storey footing, in which the commercial units are located.
The commercial area of 4 Towers will cover the leasable area of 6 500 sq. meters. All retail and service units of the first stage have been leased. „Artyści Uśmiechu”, Avicold and Naturell are among tenants. Also, the „Piotr i Paweł” supermarket will be opened in the building B at any day now.
Construction work on the C tower was commenced in May this year. The building will be delivered in the second quarter of 2017. The building B is done and is expected to be available for inhabitants by the end of this year. The first building of the housing complex was put at inhabitants disposal in 2014.
