Katowice-based company HM Estate has been given a valid building permit to build a chamber estate of twelve villas. The project is called Ville Piwonii (Piwonii Villas).
The houses will be erected on a 4 500 sq. meters plot located on Piwonii st. in Podlesie, the southern district of Katowice. The offer includes buildings ranging between 89 and 115 sq. meters. The developer announces to start the construction work in weeks to come. The first phase of the scheme should be built in 12 months.
HM Estate was established in 2007 and is active in the construction sector. The company is now involved in one more housing project situated at 32 Armii Krajowej St. Seven apartments (from 43 to 85 sq. meters) and a few retail units at the ground floor (77 to 112 sq. meters) are offered within the 900 sq. meters building. The facility will be delivered in the first quarter of 2017.
