Atal S.A. is currently progressing with the next stage of its housing estate in Katowice, Ligota Park. In September, the company celebrated a completion of two first parts of the development within the framework of the first stage. The finished buildings delivered 232 apartments with the area between 33 and 150 sq. m. The present stage which is under construction will be offering about 180 apartments. The building works should be completed by the end of 2010. The total amount of the apartments will be 416, localised in eight buildings.
Ligota Park will cover a total area of 36 268 sq. m with 25 574 sq. m of usable area.
