On the last day of 2013, Energomontaż-Południe issued the second tender procedure for the sale of the „Książęce” housing estate located on Piotrowicka St. Friday, 17th of January, was the last day to make a bid.
As it was in the case of the first tender, no companies decided to enter bids. This time the estate was 10% cheaper in comparison to the price of the first auction. Then the starting price had been amounted to PLN 43,27 million and now it totaled PLN 38,94 million (excluding VAT).
Energomontaż-Południe declared a bankruptcy by liquidation last year and now sells its assets. The company did not disclose when the third tendering procedure would be issued.
