Modernization of the Novotel Katowice Centrum hotel will be finished in September. The works are now being conducted in 80 rooms and in a conference center. The revamp has been carried in stages since 2012.
The characteristic feature of the new interiors will be the conjoined area of a bar and restaurant, designed in accordance with the gastronomic concept of the Novotel – NOVO2 (Novo Square) brand. The space will be dominated by color shades of sky blue, white and black. A lobby and reception has been renovated within the first stage of the modernization. The Tremend studio is responsible for the final design of the new interiors.
The four-star Novotel Katowice Centrum hotel offer 300 guest rooms, 11 conference rooms covering the area of 510 sq. meters, swimming pool, sauna, gym and a car park. Novotel Katowice Centrum is located at 16 Roździeńskiego Av.
The hotel was built by Finns and was delivered on 1st of April 1981. It become one of the best and well-known hotels in the Upper Silesia region from the very beginning, previously known as the „Warszawa” hotel. Following artists were amongst the Novotel Katowice Centrum’s guests: Krzysztof Penderecki, Placido Domingo, Sting, The Rolling Stones or Mike Oldfield.
