On Wednesday, 18th of December, J.W. Construction officially started the sale of the first stage of „Nowe Tysiąclecie”. There will be 149 apartments delivered within the stage.
The housing estate will be located on Tysiąclecia St. close to the „Kukurydze” buildings. „Nowe Tysiąclecie” will consist of five residential facilities with the total number of housing units reaching 573.
Within the first stage of the development, 149 apartments will be added to the local market of which the area ranges from 30 to 128 sq. meters. More than half of the offer include two-room apartments. Studios, three- and four-room apartments are also designed in the first 17-storey building. Prices start from PLN 4 200. The facility will feature a two-storey underground car park.
The developer does not reveal the beginning date of construction works.
