J.W. Construction is going to start the sale of apartments of „Nowe Tysiąclecie” in the fourth quarter of 2013. The company also launched a promotional website of the residential project. However, construction works on the first stage have not been kicked-off so far, despite previous announcements of the developer.
Last year, J.W. Construction had planned to commence the works in the first half of 2013. Then, the start was postponed to the turn of September and October. Nevertheless the construction work has not been inaugurated up to now.
According to the Polish Press Agency, the developer will start the sale of the first stage this year (149 apartments in one 17-storey building). Promotional website of the housing scheme is already available at www.nowetysiaclecie.pl (Polish version only).
In total, „Nowe Tysiąclecie” will consist of five buildings offering 573 apartments and 12 retail units. The studio of “Moska i Rachuba” from Chorzów is responsible for the architectural design of the buildings.
This is not the only one housing project planned by the company in Katowice. In August this year, J.W. Construction obtained a valid building permit for the first stage of residential project to be raised on Bałtycka St. (236 apartments in total).
