While Skobud is concluding works on the last floor of the C3 building, Immofinanz Group presents the largest penthouse of the Oak Terraces’ third stage. Interiors of the 213 sq. meters apartment can now be admired through visualizations.
The penthouse is situated at the top 11th floor of the building and features a spacious 60 sq. meters terrace and a winter garden apart from several rooms inside. The decor was arranged by Pracownia Architektoniczna Uszok. “The interiors design is modern and elegant. We used bright shades of grey and white colours for the arrangement. The wooden flooring makes all the rooms stylistically united and gives a cosy sense of the place” – said Katarzyna Uszok, owner of the architectural studio.
The architects currently prepare an alternative interiors design. Buyer of the penthouse will be allowed to apply one of the two projects free of charge. To become an owner of the apartment, the buyer has to pay PLN 8 800 per one square meter. “This luxurious penthouse is addressed to the most demanding people. The visualizations we have presented give only a small picture of what the house-sized apartment can be” – commented Janusz Olesiński, project manager of Oak Terraces III.
The third stage of Oak Terraces (“Dębowe Tarasy”) is now under construction on Johna Baildona street just in front of Silesia City Center. The stage of the investment consists of the C3 11-storey building and two 5-storey buildings A5 and A6, having 317 flats in total.
