The value of the transaction has not been revealed, however the initial price that had been set in the competitive tender totaled net PLN 10,87 million. Opal Maksimum will offer the building’s office spaces for lease. The company already looks for tenants.

Earlier this year, other properties of Energomontaż-Południe has been sold by the bankruptcy trustee – two plots situated on Ostawska and Piotrowicka streets have been purchased by TDJ Estate in April 2015.
