Okam Capital, a developer of the planned House in the Three Ponds Valley (“Dom W Dolinie Trzech Stawów”), has chosen a prime contractor of the investment. The contract was signed with Hochtief Polska last Friday.
According to the contract terms, the prime contractor will start the construction work in the middle of July 2012. The housing estate consists of five buildings and will be erected in stages. This upper standard project will deliver 264 apartments in total. Future inhabitants will have, among others, a fitness center, tennis courts, sport fields at their disposal. The estate is to be located by the pond.
The prime contractor, Hochtief Polska, has specialized in the execution of general building and civil infrastructure projects for public and private clients. Its portfolio mainly includes projects in the office, residential, industrial, shopping and entertainment center segment. The firm is known for such developments as Old Brewery in Poznań, Platinum Towers in Warsaw, Dialog Arena Stadium in Lubin and Galeria Dominikańska in Wrocław.
