Opal Maksimum launched housing project on Bażantów St.

Opal Maksimum joins three other developers, which conduct housing projects along Bażantów St. The company has kicked-off works on first two buildings of its newest undertaking.

The developer owns 1,6 ha of land located between Bażantów St. and a church on Radockiego St. The plot is destined for the housing estate consisting of six buildings. Building permit has been already given for the construction of five buildings. At first, Opal Maksimum decided to build two of them.

Each of the facilities will house approximately 40 apartments. The area will range between 38 and 90 sq. meters. The company expects to start the sale in spring next year. Prices are about to be released at the same time. The housing estate will most likely be called Park Bażantów.

The developer did not decide to publish visualizations of the project as the final design is still being prepared. The architecture studio Forma from Katowice is responsible for the project. Bielskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego was appointed to conduct the construction work. The two buildings will be delivered next year.

Apart from Opal Maksimum, housing undertakings are being executed on Bażantów St. by Millenium, Inwestycje, Murapol and Dombud.
