Construction works on the third stage of “Dębowe Tarasy” (Oak Terraces) were started in June last year. Presently, the prime contractor conducts the outfitting phase on the development.
The third stage of the housing estate consists of three buildings – two five-storey and one eleven-storey offering 317 apartments in total. This residential scheme is located on Johna Baildona St. Future residents can choose from one- to four-room apartments with areas ranging from 25 up to 213 sq. meters.
The developer will finish the investment in the months to come. “At first we plan to deliver the two lower buildings of which the outfitting is more advanced, what should take place in the turn of 2013 and 2014. The eleven-storey facility will be put at inhabitants disposal later on. Generally, the third stage is scheduled to be completed by the end of Q1 2014” – said Janusz Olesiński, project director of “Dębowe Tarasy”.
Approximately one-third of the offer is already sold. The third stage of “Dębowe Tarasy” is worth EUR 21,7 million. Previously, 509 apartments were delivered within the two stages of the investment. Development activities are being carried out by Immofinanz Group.
