Over 100 brands have already chosen Galeria Katowicka

Galeria Katowicka, a shopping and entertainment center which is being currently built at Szewczyka Sq., attracts more and more tenants. Cushman & Wakefield, an exclusive lease agent responsible for the retail spaces’ commercialization, has contracted more than 100 brands up to now.

It is already known, that four storeys destined for shops and service units, will be occupied by, among others, a supermarket, the 10-room Multikino multiplex, domestic appliances and electronics store, clothes and shoes shops both Polish and international brands, as well as accessories, jewelery, interior design equipment and cosmetics. The ground floor will feature cafes and restaurants with outside sitting areas in the summer situated at Szewczyka Sq. as well as a 2-storey food court on the Galeria’s top floors.

Galeria Katowicka will be an integrated part of the multifunctional complex boasting the new Railway Station, underground bus hub, car park for 1200 vehicles and planned office building. It is scheduled for opening in the second quarter of 2013.
