Muarpol has obtained a valid building permit to enlarge the Murapol Bażantów housing estate. The permit enables the developer to erect two buildings – number nine and ten.
By now, Murapol has delivered five buildings within the estate. Construction works on the sixth facility will be finished in the third quarter of 2015. Also, the company commenced the sale of apartments to be built in the buildings number seven and eight. There will be 641 apartments in total in the eight facilities.
Additionally, Murapol Bażantów will be expanded south. The company obtained the building permit for the execution of works on the buildings nine and ten, which were designed in the place of a former warehouse and office building.
Murapol Bażantów will be even larger as the company is preparing to apply for administrative permissions concerning two additional buildings – number eleven and twelve.
A few days ago, Murapol also informed that it had signed an initial contract to purchase 2,24 hectares of land situated in the northern part of Katowice on Bytkowska St. A housing estate to be consisted of approximately 460 apartments will be erected at the plot.
