A parcel of land and a few neglected small buildings will be actioned by the court enforcement officer to the District Court „Katowice-Wschód” in December. The property is located close to Three Ponds Valley.
The land covers the area of 3 340 sq. meters and is situated on Pułaskiego St. A new housing project Twoja Dolina of JHM Development is being erected north from the plot. One of the University of Economics’ buildings is located on the south side. Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów housing estate and an apartment building of BGK Nieruchomości are being built a few hundred meters away. Polski Koks headquarters is also located nearby.
The real estate is owned by the TXL company from Warsaw and will be auctioned for arrears in land-taxes. The estimated value of the plot and the buildings amounts to PLN 3,53 million. The initial price is three-quarter of the estimated price, that is PLN 2,65 million.
The auction will take place on 22nd of December 2016.
