The diversified offer of the “Bażantowo” housing estate expands. The building company of RE-Bau is currently erecting a Senior Residence within this residential complex.
Works on the Senior Residence were commenced this summer. This is the following investment that improves the infrastructure of “Bażantowo” after September’s delivery of a new building that houses a gym hall and junior high school, and development of a sport center – now under construction – scheduled to be opened at the beginning of 2013.
The Residence will be a home for 198 elderly people. The inhabitants will be assisted and taken care of by nurses of Diakonie Neuendettelsau, an independent Christian institutions for social welfare work from Germany, that is an investor of the undertaking.
RE-Bau, as the prime contractor of the investment, is to deliver the building by the end of spring 2014. Senior Residence will be located at the junction of Pijarska and Zabłockiego streets in the “Kostuchna” district.
