RE-Bau started to lay a foundation of the „Franciszkańskie” housing estate’s third building. 96 apartments were designed in this six-storey residential facility.
It will be the third two-segment building of the estate. In June this year, the construction work were kicked off on the second building. Both facilities are being built within the second stage of the project and will offer 192 apartments in total. The same month TDJ Estate commissioned for use the first stage of the undertaking (95 apartments in one two-segment building). Service and retail units, underground car park, storage rooms and pram compartments were also designed in the building.
The apartments of the second building were already put on the market. Prices start from PLN 4 500 per one square meter. Less than twenty apartments are still available for customers. The remaining housing units were sold or reserved. Most of the offer can be purchased within the government’s „Apartment for the Young” programme. The developer has not started to sale the apartments of the third stage yet.
„Franciszkańskie” is being erected on Kijowska St. It is the first housing project of TDJ Estate in Katowice. The company plans to build approximately one thousand apartments within the scheme.
