Reinhold sold land on Pułaskiego St.

Reinhold Poland sold an investment plot destined for residential project. The parcel of land is located on Pułaskiego St. Amount of the transaction has not yet been disclosed.

The subjected plot is situated directly between the new headquarters of „Polski Koks” and the new housing undertaking of Okam Capital, „Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów”. The land covers the total area of 4 600 sq. meters and was purchased by Reinhold in 2007 from „Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Ogólnego i Usług Technicznych Śląsk”. The Swedish developer planned to erect there a nine-storey apartment building covering the total area of 19 000 sq. meters. The project for Reinhold was prepared by the „Czora & Czora architectural studio from Katowice, however the concept has never been implemented.

Now the plot was acquired by housing developer based in Warsaw. „The property was sold to the subsidiary of „Grupa Inwest” for undisclosed amount. The transaction was concluded in January this year” – said Dorota Służewska, representative of Reinhold Poland.

According to unofficial sources, construction works on the building can be started this year. The new project will most probably be very similar to the architectural design prepared by „Czora & Czora”.

In Katowice, Reinhold still owns the office complex Reinhold Center located on Korfantego Av. „Grupa Inwest” is known in the City for the development of a mixed-use building located at 17 Opolska St. in the downtown of Katowice. Construction works on the 7-storey facility have already been concluded. All 28 apartments were sold, part of office and retail spaces is still available.
