Globe Trade Center S.A. (GTC) has signed a lease agreement with Rockwell Automation for 2 100 sq. meters of space at Francuska Office Center (FOC). The complex is now 65% let.
The new tenant is a global provider of industrial automation, power, control and information solutions.
Rockwell Automation employs about 21 000 people in more than 80 countries. The company has been operating in Katowice since 2007 and now is about to move a part of its local branch to FOC in October this year. Today, Rockwell Automation’s Katowice unit hires more than 500 employees and is the most significant so far investment of the company in Central and Eastern Europe.
Francuska Office Center comprises two buildings with a total of 21 700 sq. meters class A office space. The list of tenants includes also: Ruch, Oracle, Vattenfall, Bank Millennium, Nordea Bank, KPMG, Philips Lighting, American Heart of Poland, Arpid and Berlitz.
