Echo Investment is conducting construction works on A4 Business Park at full swing. The development of the second stage is underway while the first facility is soon to be done.
The 7-storey building which is being developed in the first stage offers 9 000 sq. meters and has been fully leased by the IT concern IBM, which is to open its service delivery center in A4 Business Park. The second stage of the project involves the construction of a 10-storey building with an office area of approximately 9000 sq. meters and an above-ground 9-storey car park offering 560 spaces. The investment process of the second stage also involves works on a tunnel connecting the car park and the office buildings.
„The first building will be handed over to the anchor tenant at the end of February 2014. The second facility will be delivered in the turn of August and September 2014. Works on the third stage are planned to be launched in 2015” – Joanna Nicińska, head of leasing at Echo Investment SA, said during Property Forum Katowice.
A4 Business Park is being developed on Francuska St., near an exit from the A4 motorway.
