A sale of the second stage of Oak Terraces’ apartments was concluded last weeks. The housing estate located on John Baildon Street, will be made of four stages. The developer have already commenced reservations for apartments in the third stage of the development.
Oak Terraces (Dębowe Tarasy) is an investment of the Hungarian developer, TriGranit, and an Austrian company coming within Immofinanz Group. The sold first two stages have been completed in 2008 delivering 510 apartments. The reservations of the third stage encompass a “C3” 11-floor building of approximately 194 apartments. About 25% of the offer is already reserved. However, the developer does not disclose any details about construction works’ start. “At first, the extension of Silesia City Center has to be concluded” – Rafał Paszkiewicz, Project Manager at TriGranit Development Polska, said during the last press conference in February.
The housing estate will be composed of four 11-floor building and eight 4-floor buildings located near Silesia City Center – the biggest shopping and entertainment center in the Upper Silesian Agglomeration.
Oak Terraces are characterised by a cascade construction. Apartments on the ground floor feature small gardens, apartments located on higher floors offer balconies or terraces. The author of the design is a team of architects from the Katowice design company, Stabil. The project concept was prepared by architects from Bose International Planning & Architecture.
