Alma Market has signed a leasing contract with Echo Investment. The food supermarket chain will open its store Alma Delikatesy in Galeria Libero.
The contract was signed last week and has been concluded with the developer for a period of 10 years. The value of the contract totals PLN 12,5 million. Apart from the Helios cinema multiplex, Alma Delikatesy is the second officially confirmed tenant of Galeria Libero. The supermarket will be located at the ground floor of the shopping and entertainment center.
Galeria Libero will be built in the junction of Kościuszki and Kolejowa streets and will offer approximately 42 000 sq. meters of gross leasable space. The construction work is expected to be commenced in the turn of the first and the second half of 2016.
