Sharman Church has been appointed by Skanska Property Poland to support leasing of ground floor office and retail units in six office buildings located in Poland, including Silesia Business Park.
Sharman Church is an independent practice of chartered surveyors that specializes in delivering commercial real estate solutions across Central and Eastern Europe. The company is based in Warsaw.
In Katowice, the portfolio being leased by Sharman Church comprises vacant units in the building B of Silesia Business Park, which is currently under construction. By now, only Capgemini has been officially confirmed as the tenant of the building.
The building A, delivered in November 2014, has been chosen by PwC Service Delivery Center, regional branch of Skanska S.A., Enel-Med Medical Center and Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm.
