Silesia Towers have long way to go

TriGranit Development Corporation and its representative Janusz Olesiński, Member of Management Board of special purpose vehicles of TriGranit Development Polska, attended the last week’s conference concerning investment potential and promotion of Katowice. He also took part in a press conference talking about company’s investments.

“Well-educated staff, academic base, friendly administration and absorptive internal market: this is the recipe of our success in Katowice. Therefore, we are planning to commence the third stage of the Oak Terraces housing estate, which has aroused great interest of Katowice residents” – he said in a press statement.

Had asked about the planned Silesia Towers office complex, Janusz Olesiński responded at the conference – “The project is currently suspended. It is depending on a market situation including a bank financing. Indeed, last month we have secured a loan for our latest office project in Kraków, Bonarka 4 Business, but there were almost 70 percent of the office space pre-leased. At present, in most of cases banks require quite high level of pre-lease agreements while providing loans. We assume banks requirements will reduce in the course of time and we hope to back to the Silesia Towers project next year.”
