Murapol commenced the sale of the sixth stage of „Murapol Bażantów”. 220 apartments of the first four stages have already been sold out.
The first four stages of this housing development were put at owners disposal this spring. The fifth stage – an 8-storey building where 128 apartments were designed – is currently underway and the developer expects to deliver the housing facility by the end of fourth quarter of 2014. Floor area ranges from 28 to 102 sq. meters including apartments which feature two bathrooms. The offer is now over 80 percent sold.
There are 159 apartments for sale of the sixth stage with the units available area from 24 to 55 sq. meters. Murapol plans to start the construction work this summer and finish it in the third quarter of 2015.
507 apartments will be erected within the all six stages of the undertaking. Each of the housing premises will feature a balcony or a small garden. The estate is located at 47 Bażantów St.
