Skanska has recently reached the highest point in the construction process of the Silesia Business Park’s building B. At the same time, the developer has commenced preparatory works to erect another two facilities within the office complex.
The second building – as well as the first one – reached 15 storeys, including two storeys of a car park and a technical floor at the top. Also, the concrete construction is being covered by scaffoldings and works on elevation have been started. It will be made of aluminium profiles, glass and decorative, non-transparent strips of white, black and red-gold lacquered aluminium. The total area of the facade will cover 7 700 sq. meters.
When complete in September 2015, the building will offer approximately 11 500 sq. meters of office space. Capgemini, the first tenant of the building B which was officially confirmed, will be operational in their new offices at the end of 2015.
Skanska has also commenced ground works at the construction plot located east from the building B, where the third and fourth office buildings are planned to be erected.
