Scaffoldings are being removed from the second building of Silesia Business Park. First concrete works are also being started to lay the foundation of buildings C and D.
Skanska is preparing the building B for the opening in autumn this year. Construction crews have already mounted a logo of Capgemini at the top of the office facility. The consulting and outsourcing company is the first major tenant of the building.
As it was in the phase one, the elevation will be decorated by three-coloured stipes. However, the sequence of colors will be different than in the first building.
East from the B tower, works on foundations of the third and fourth buildings were commenced. Skanska has not yet revealed any official schedule for this phase of the project.
