Over 70 shops and service units will be opened in Supersam in September 2015, Griffin Real Estate reported on Thursday. The retail space of the shopping center is 85 percent pre-let at present.
Approximately 23 000 sq. meters of rentable space will be located at 6 Piotra Skargi St. A car park for 400 vehicles was designed at the top two storeys of the building. The higher floors of the building will also be occupied by the Pure Jatomi fitness center, the medical center of Wellmed, about 5 000 sq. meters of office space were also designed in the mall.
By now, Griffin Real Estate has signed leasing agreements with Sports Direct, Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay, the supermarket of Aldi and the Rossmann drugstore. Following brands will also open their stores in Supersam: Pepco Home&You, Yves Rocher, Wólczanka, EMPIK, Smyk, Ziaja and the multibrand shop of Silesia Jeans. Several brands will make theirs debut in the mall, including A Table, which sells kitchen accessories, ZZadimo – Italian fashion brand as well as the first shop in the region of Urban City offering hip-hop, skate and streetwear fashion. Service, gastronomy, hairstylist and cosmetic units will be put at customers disposal as well. The investor expects to sing new leasing agreements soon.
The construction work on the building is being conducted according to the schedule. Concrete works are now being executed at the last fourth storey of the mall, while works on partition walls and installations are underway on the lower floors. The shell of the building will be completed in May. The opening will take place in September this year.
