Atrium attracts tenants

The construction works of Atrium, the office building localized at 54 Graniczna St., were finished in August 2009. From then on, following companies join as tenants. The biggest lease agreement was signed with Capgemini which occupies 3 780 sq. m of office space for its expanding BPO center in Katowice. In addition, German Deutche Bank has opened a bank agency covering area of 430 sq. m. UPC Polska, a countrywide provider of cable television, broadband Internet and telephony, has rented 250 sq. m for the customer service bureau.

Atrium office building, the newest development of Arkad-Invest in Katowice is already hosting its first tenant – UPC Polska. The company is a countrywide provider of cable television, broadband Internet and telephony, hiring about 1 000 employees nationally. The office area rented by UPC seats customer service bureau and is situated on the Atrium’s ground floor.

Green Park

Surrounded by trees and situated at “3 Stawy” (Three Ponds), the Green Park office center creates a perfect place for business. Accessible directly from Murckowska Street and localized at the border of Central district is offering 25 000 sq. m of office space in eight separate buildings with a differential height and cascade-construction. The complex was finished by the end of 2008 and its design was prepared by the AB-Projekt architectural studio from Tychy.

Atrium almost done

Atrium office building, localized at Ofiar Katynia St. near Górnośląska Avenue/A4 motorway, will be offering 12 500 sq. metres of leasable area. The developer, Arkad-Invest company which already delivered another office development, Greenpark – Europark III in the neighbourhood, claims that Atrium is going to be the A-class building.
