Polish-Spanish consortium of NDI SA and Construcciones y Promociones Balzola S.A. will be contracted to redevelop the City Center in the area of the Market Square and the Roundabout. None of bidders tendering for the contract lodged an appeal against the decision of the City Hall in the National Appeal Chamber, which in practice means a green light for the contract signing.
The City Hall of Katowice decided today a tender procedure concerning a first stage of the City Center redevelopment in the area located between the Roundabout and the Market Square. A Polish-Spanish consortium of NDI SA and Construcciones y Promociones Balzola S.A. was chosen to conduct the works.
The consortium will revamp the area for PLN 28 069 109. It was the lowest price proposed from amongst all 12 bidders tendering for the contract. Now, according to the public procurement law
