District Court new seat will get „razor blades” elevation

The Regional Court in Katowice has decided the architectural competition for the project of a new seat of the District Court „Katowice-Wschód” and awarded the first prize. LC Corp office project got its name

LC Corp has just decided about the name of its new office scheme located at 10 Roździeńskiego Av. The contest had been announced in October and today the company released that the official name of the project is Silesia Star.

Name needed for LC Corp office project

LC Corp SA invites into a competition for the name of the company’s newest office project being currently erected at 10 Roździeńskiego Av.

Contestants can enter theirs proposals at the contest website www.konkurs.lcc.pl (Polish version only) by 2 p.m. on 18th of October 2013. Then, the jury will choose the best two names for the office development and the winners will be awarded tablets. The final name of the project will depend on a public voting.

City Hall shows final shape of Market Sq.

The City Hall of Katowice presented today a final architectural project of the Market Square. The image of the most important place in the City Center was prepared by the Redan studio from Szczecin.

The subjected area is located between the “Zenit” and “Młyńska 1” buildings. The new visualizations also show the new development of the square in front of the Silesian Theater. Previously, the City Hall wanted to choose a designer of the area in a public tender procedure.
