A cornerstone laying ceremony officially started today works on the House in the Three Ponds Valley (“Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów”). It will be the first housing scheme to be built by Okam Capital in Katowice.

The cornerstone was laid by Arie Koren, CEO of Okam Capital, Piotr Uszok, Katowice Mayor, Tomasz Konior from Konior Studio, a designer of the estate and representatives of Hochtief Polska, a prime contractor of the works.

PBO Skobud, a building company, begins works on the third stage of the Oak Terraces (“Dębowe Tarasy”) housing estate. A contract was signed last week between Immofinanz Group, an investor of the undertaking, and Skobud.
