The Euro-Centrum’s Science and Technology Park opened its tenth building on Friday in the presence of local authorities. This low-energy facility was designed for assembly and warehouse purposes with office part. Also, a demonstration plant of about 800 modules of photovoltaic cells with a rated power of 180 kWp will be installed in the southern part of the building.

15 600 sq. meters of office spaces are now under construction in the Upper Silesian Industrial Park (GPP) on Konduktorska St. The developer has commenced ground works on two office buildings within GPP Business Park.
The buildings two and three (the first one – called Goeppert-Mayer – was delivered in August last year) will offer 7 800 sq. meters of office space each. Both facilities will use the tri-generation system implemented in Goeppert-Mayer.
Spec Bau Polska is finishing works on the elevation of the first building being erected within the GPP Business Park office scheme. Only about two months left to the grand opening of the “green” facility.
