The concrete construction of the remaining four housing facilities is now underway. The usable area of the apartments totals 3 008 sq. meters. A parking lot for 56 cars is being built under the buildings – the middle part of it has been done.
The “Heban Apartamenty” company obtained a loan for its residential project called “Wille Parkowa”. Alior Bank is a lender of the financing.
“Heban Apartamenty” is a subsidiary of GC Investment responsible for the development of this chamber project being currently built on Parkowa St. close to the “Kościuszki” park. The developer will deliver 32 apartments in five buildings in 2014.
