KBP obtained occupancy permit

Katowice Business Point (KBP), a new office building of Ghelamco, has obtained a valid occupancy permit. Additionally, the developer officially confirmed a new tenant – HSBC Bank which leased 600 sq. meters of office space for five years.

Katowice Business Point was projected by the Belgian architectonical office Jaspers Eyers & Partners and the project office Czora & Czora headquartered in Katowice.

A yesterday’s conference in the angelo Hotel Katowice was attended by representatives of the major companies which already decided to invest in the City. Jeroen van der Toolen, Managing Director of Ghelamco Central & Eastern Europe, was among the participants. He also guided quests through the interiors of Katowice Business Point, which had a chance to admire the top floor’s view.
