JHM Development plans housing estate in Katowice

A housing estate of four buildings located on Pułaskiego St. is planned by JHM Development, a developer of residential investments. The estate will consist of 316 apartments for sale – about 200 will be delivered in the first stage of the investment.

The buildings are to be erected within a 1,2 ha plot located by one of the ponds of the Three Ponds Valley (“Dolina Trzech Stawów”). The company bought the land last year for PLN 16,94 million.
