About five years ago the limited company of Jupiter Plaza presented plans for a residential and office complex to be erected at 18 Sokolska St. Despite of confident declaration, works on the investment have not kicked-off during the years and most people gave up on the project. However, the investor did not.
The plot on Sokolska St. was bought by the investor in 2007 for PLN 11,2 million.
A couple of months ago Jupiter Plaza Sp. z o.o. called for a bid for a general constructor of Jupiter Plaza. As the building permit had been approved in December 2008, many figured on construction start at any moment. – We haven’t chosen the general constructor yet. As a matter of fact, we take our time according to this decision and future construction start.

Jupiter Plaza Sp. z o.o., a developer of Jupiter Plaza has received a valid building permit on 9th of December 2008 and is starting with a promotional webpage www.jupiterplaza.com.pl (no english version). This office and apartment tower is offering 241 apartments between 11 and 33 floor which are currently purchasable, a metric area is between 32 and 309 sq m.
