Construction works on the first building of office park located in the area of the Upper Silesian Industrial Park (GPP) were started in December last year. Recently, a construction crew erected first two levels and the building is raising. Already two tower cranes work at the construction site.
The building is supposed to be ready in the turn of 2011 and 2012. It will cover approximately 7 500 sq. meters of office space for rent.
The Upper Silesian Industrial Park (Górnośląski Park Przemysłowy, GPP) commenced construction works on its first of four buildings planned within the office park at 39 Konduktorska St. in Katowice. Budus S.A. was chosen as the prime contractor of the project.

Four companies were qualified to a second stage of tender announced by the Upper Silesian Industrial Park in Katowice (Górnośląski Park Przemysłowy, GPP). The Park is looking for a prime contractor of its planned energy-efficient office building on Konduktorska St. The four companies were chosen from amongst twelve offers and these are Budus S.A., Skanska S.A., Eiffage Budownictwo Mittex S.A. and Spec Bau Polska Sp. z o.o.
Centrum Banku Śląskiego Sp. z o.o. is on the market since 1998, when the company was appointed to carry out an investment project in Katowice at the intersection of Sokolska and Chorzowska Streets. There are two buildings operating as an office and retail center: one known as ING Bank Śląski Headquarter located at 34 Sokolska Street and the Chorzowska 50 office building located at 50 Chorzowska Street.
