Atal S.A., a developer of Ligota Park, sold almost two-thirds of all apartments of the housing estate. Delivered late 2010, it had been developed in three stages at the border of Ligota and Brynów districts.

A total offer of Ligota Park consists of eight five-storey buildings offering 416 apartments of which 155 are still available for sale. Prices start from PLN 5 030 and go up to PLN 5 300 per one square meter.

Atal S.A. finished construction works on the Ligota Park housing estate. This residential scheme consists of 416 apartments in eight five-storey buildings which are located at the border of two well renomed Katowice districts – Ligota and Brynów.

The construction works on the first stage of the estate were started in March 2007. Ligota Park was raised in three stages.

Ligota Park, the housing estate in the Ligota district is almost done and the last two buildings should be delivered by the end of this year. Most of fit-out works are finished including inside walls plastering and underground garages interiors. Currently, workers are installing elements of balconies. The Ligota Park’s offer is 54% sold. Apartments are still available in the buildings from 2 to 8. Premises in the building number 1 are fully sold out.

Atal S.A. is concluding last two buildings of Ligota Park. The housing estate consists 8 residential facilities. The facade is almost done and inside fit-out works are progressing, about 70% of apartments’ walls are plastered. The developer has prepared an incentive promotion for buyers – all new inhabitants will get a PLN 10 000 gift voucher to spend it for fit-out works of a kitchen or bathroom. The offer is time-limited.
