Ligota station reopened after modernization

Polish State Railways (PKP) have finished the modernization of the railway station’s building in the distrcit of Ligota. The facility was reopened for travelers last Friday.

PKP renovates Ligota railway station

Polish State Railways (PKP) will renovate the railway station’s building of the Ligota district. The company will spent gross PLN 2,89 million for the works. Prime contractor of the undertaking has been already chosen.

The one-storey building covers the net area of 633 sq. meters and is located at 1 Franciszkańska St. After the refurbishment, the railway station will get new interiors, elevation of zinc and titanium plates as well …

Luxury delivered to Ligota

BD Inwestor Sp. z o.o. finished construction works of the “Borsall” apartments, which had been pronounced the most luxury residential investment in the agglomeration. The five-floor stand-alone building with an underground car park offers 19 apartments and is located in the junction of Franciszkańska and Smolna Streets in a villadom of the Ligota district.

The “Borsall” building was designed by the architect Mariusz Zjawiony.

“Borsall” most expensive apartments sold

The BD Inwestor company is concluding a construction of its “Borsall” apartments in the Ligota district. Works should be finished in June. According to the daily Puls Biznesu the developer has already sold the two most expensive penthouses in the building. Buyers had paid almost PLN 10 000 per one square meter. A total area of the two penthouses exceeds 250 sq. meters (125 sq.m. each) with further 200 sq. m. for terraces (103 sq. m. each).
