On Wednesday, the University of Silesia signed a contract with Mostostal Zabrze for the realization of construction works on the Krzysztof Kieślowski Radio and Television Faculty’s new seat (WRiTV). The company will have 18 months to erect the building.

Millenium Inwestycje is preparing to launch a new residential project within its Bażantowo housing estate. The developer will also expand the Modernist Enclave by another apartment building.
The new project is called Enclave E and will be located south from the existing facilities of Bażantowo. Fifteen terraced and twin houses will be delivered in the junction of Zabłockiego and Szarych Szeregów streets. The buildings
Millenium Inwestycje is conducting outfitting works on the sport center being erected within “Bażantowo” – the housing estate located in the Kostuchna district. Three new buildings of the complex will comprise approximately 10 000 sq. meters enabling to make different types of sport and leisure activities within the one location. It will be the first place of this type in Katowice.
The first facility of the center consists of a tennis hall with three courts, bowling club and an underground car park for 46 vehicles.
ING Bank Śląski S.A., established and headquartered in Katowice, has turned its former call center into a modern training and conference facility. Opened last year, it covers the area of 675 sq. meters and was designed by the Małeccy architectural studio.
ING had invited architects into a closed competition to design interiors of the center. The best project was proposed by Małeccy and the bank employed the Katowice-based studio to implement their ideas.
The company of Millenium Inwestycje is preparing to build a second stage of Modernist Enclave, a residential project within the „Bażantowo” housing estate. Selling of the offer was started in February.
“Works on the new part of the Enclave will be kicked-off in spring this year and a delivery date is planned for May 2013” – says Anna Maria Boryczka, head sales and marketing specialist at Millenium Inwestycje. The company has already obtained building permits.
