J.W. Construction Holding S.A. had commenced construction works on the „Nowe Tysiąclecie” housing estate, the company notified in a press release on Monday. First inhabitants will move to their apartments in the first quarter of 2015.

J.W. Construction announced today to start its new residential project „Nowe Tysiąclecie” in Katowice. The construction work is expected to be commenced in the turn of III and IV quarter of 2013.
The first stage of the undertaking will include one 17-storey building where 149 apartments were designed. The developer has already obtained a convertible building permit (the former one was issued last year).
J.W. Construction plans strong expansion across Katowice and announces the start of building of over 400 apartments in the City this year. The new residential project on Tysiąclecia St. – called Millenium – will be inaugurated in the first instance.
The largest housing estates’ developer company in Poland is going to conduct the Millenium scheme in stages. Two buildings – one 17-storey and one 11-storey – will be erected within the first stage. 149 apartments will be delivered in this two housing facilities, the apartments’ usable area amounts to 7 040 sq. meters.
