On Wednesday, Skobud and Immofinanz Group celebrated the topping-out of two buildings of the Oak Terrraces third stage (“Dębowe Tarasy”). This way, one of the investment stages was concluded according to schedule. 317 modern apartments in three buildings will be delivered by the end of 2013.
The topping-out ceremony means the shell of the two 5-storey buildings was done. Now the outfitting and elevation works are to be launched.
PBO Skobud, a building company from Żywiec, is erecting an office building at 41 Paderewskiego St. The investment is being conducted on behalf of Polski Koks S.A., the leading coke exporter in the world.
After the completion, the facility will be a new seat of Polski Koks. It will cover 6 200 sq. meters of usable area. The company’s home will be spread over six storeys including one located under the ground and designed as a car park.
PBO Skobud, a building company, begins works on the third stage of the Oak Terraces (“Dębowe Tarasy”) housing estate. A contract was signed last week between Immofinanz Group, an investor of the undertaking, and Skobud.
According to the contract, the prime contractor will deliver the three buildings of the stage by the end of November 2013. “Today we started set up and installation of our temporary facilities.
