Multivilla is upcoming

Realization of Multivilla, a residential building designed by Robert Konieczny’s KWK Promes, has been already graduated from the planning stage and is entering by degrees the executive phase. An investor of the undertaking, the Multivilla Sp. z o.o. company, is now preparing to choose a prime contractor and promote the investment.

The scheme of Multivilla had been presented late 2009. In December last year, KWK Promes informed that the architectural studio was working on the engineering design

Multivilla is back to the drawing board

In 2009, KWK Promes, an architectural studio from Katowice, presented a design project of Multivilla – residential building located near the Academy of Fine Arts’ seat in the City Center. Despite planned construction work’s start in 2010, the investment has not kicked-off thus far. Nowadays, the studio announces realization of the project by a private investor.

KWK Promes works currently on the engineering design of Multivilla.

“Multivilla”: villas in the City center

Nine luxury residences on six floors, one or two-storeyed, a porter, private entrances, an interweaving construction, a not commonplace design. This is what KWK Promes, the Robert Konieczny’s architectural studio proposed and named “Multivilla”. The project’s idea combines advantages of living out of town (convenience and space) and values of a city center life (proximity of culture and entertainment facilities, central localisation).

“Gazeta Wyborcza” newspaper reveals that Robert Konieczny, the owner of KWK Promes and one of the best young Polish architects is designing an apartment building localized in the City Center of Katowice. Working name: “Multivilla”.
