TDJ Estate, the developer of the .KTW office project, has chosen a manager of the first stage of the undertaking. The manager is Colliers International.
.KTW is a modern A class office complex being developed at 1 Roździeńskiego Av. near the Spodek entertainment and sports hall and the International Convention Center. Ultimately, the complex will consist of two buildings offering a total of 58 150 sq. meters of office space and over 2 890 sq. meters of retail space. The construction of the first, 14-storey .KTW I office building with an area of 19 730 sq. meters (18 250 sq. meters of offices, 1 480 sq. meters of retail space) is coming to an end. A road system has been created in the surrounding area and inside intensive finishing work is underway for the first tenants who will move in June 2018. Tenants and guests of .KTW I will be provided with over 241 parking spaces located on a three-story underground car park.

As the manager, Colliers will be responsible for building and maintaining relations with tenants, building management and financial services. In addition, after completion of .KTW I, the company will take care of the proper preparation of the building before the first tenants move in.
