TDJ Estate held a cornerstone laying ceremony at the construction site of the .KTW I office project. The event took place in the middle of February.
The investment, located next to the legendary „Spodek” arena, is going to consist of two skyscrapers connected by an underground garage. The majority of space inside both buildings is going to serve as office areas, complemented by a retail and commercial section.
The first stage of the undertaking involves the works on the lower 66-meter tall building and underground storey of both towers. „The construction process is running according to schedule” – said Maciej Wójcik, president of the board of TDJ Estate.
The investor informed that about 6 000 sq. meters of office spaces (out of 18 250 sq. meters) were already offered to potential tenants and TDJ Estate expects to sign first leasing agreements soon.
The building will be delivered on 1st of June 2018. Strabag is acting as the prime contractor of the undertaking.
When fully developed, .KTW will comprise two buildings (66 and 133 meters) connected by a three-floor underground car park. The office complex will be located at 1 Roździeńskiego Av.
