TDJ Estate has appointed leasing director. The new team member will be responsible for commercialization of company’s office projects.
Kamil Krępa has joined TDJ Estate at the beginning of September this year. As the leasing director, he is involved in nagotiation and transactional services, real estate strategy and office asset management of TDJ portfolio. Now he is focusing on the commercialization of a core asset of TDJ Estate – a new office complex to be built in the place of „DOKP”. Also, Kamil Krępa will be responsible for development of the company’s leasing team.
His previous professional experience includes real estate services firms King Sturge and JLL where he was an expert on Katowice and Kraków office markets providing tenant representation and leasing services. Kamil Krępa graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice and the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.
The new office complex of TDJ Estate will be a flagship project of the company located in the very heart of the city. Medusa Group from Bytom was chosen to prepare an architectural design of the new buildings. The complex will consist of two office facilities. The final design of the scheme should be known in the months to come.
